Shipping: Want to know your shipping costs? We ship using UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day and US Postal Priority. With most products you can choose your preferred method of shipping. We will ship Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays. We don't ship on these holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas. Returns: We have a 30 day return policy. If you would like to return merchandise, please e-mail us to let us know your reason. All items must be brand new condition in its original package for a full refund. Edibles must be returned unopened and unused for a full refund. You will be refunded once we receive the merchandise back at Leap Outdoors. To return merchandise: If you still have the invoice that shipped with your order, use that as the return label. If you don't have a copy of the invoice, no problem. Make a note of your name, address and order number so we can find your account. Please insure your return so if it is damaged during the trip back, you aren't liable. If we don't get it or it's damaged in route to us, we can't refund your money. We do not refund shipping costs. |
